Our Work Process
Consultation & Design
We will review your residential or commercial site, power usage, and baseload usage, and propose an air conditioning system to best suit your needs. Your site and home orientation are considered, in designing the optimal solution. Financing options available if required.
Applications & AGREEMENTS
No convoluted agreements or sub-clauses. We are fully transparent with plain English documentation.
Our Customer Service Managers will make sure that all your requirements are taken care of. We book your installation day and explain the process.
Installation
We keep you informed. On installation day, our iDeal team will have your air conditioning system up and running, inclusive of the installation of the control systems. Once we’re finished, we’ll show you how to use the system and follow up during your first quarter.
After Care
